Obituary of Ronald Burritt

It is with great sadness in our hearts we announce the peaceful passing of our father James Ronald Royal Burritt at his home on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at the age of 73 years. Ron was born in Winnipeg, MB on March 3, 1933, son of James and Hellen Burritt. They moved to Calgary in 1947 where he finished his education, started his own business and in 1962 married Ellen Schipper. Ron was well known in the community for his zest for life, love of family and friends. Ron is survived and will be sadly missed by his three children, Royal (Sharon) Burritt, Robyn (Brian) Proctor and Kris (Craig) Antoniuk; his most cherished possessions, his six grandchildren, Drew and Brooklyn Burritt, Curtis and Devin Proctor and Kalista and Rory Antoniuk; as well as his best friend and long time companion Elizabeth Barry.
