Obituary of John Orville Samson

John Samson, beloved husband of Gisele, of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2006 at the age of 51 years. John was born on April 19, 1955, in Brandon, MB. He married Gisele on May 26, 1979. They resided in Canyon Lake, CA for twenty-two years, moving back to Calgary two years ago. John enjoyed camping, sailing and square dancing as well as spending time with his family. He was employed with Ricoh for two years as a Service Technician. Besides his loving wife Gisele, John is survived by his three children, William, Ian and Kathleen; and his sister Gertrude Samson from Lake Cowichan, BC. He was predeceased by his parents Bill and Jean. Funeral Services will be held at Foothills Alliance Church (333 Edgepark Blvd. N.W.) on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev.
