Jack Gozdawa-Boczkowski of Calgary passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at the age of 56 years. Jack is survived by a sister Violet and her family in Calgary, a sister Iwona and her family in Poland; his son Paul and Paul?s mother Margaret.
