Obituary of William Sullivan
Bill Sullivan of Calgary, passed away peacefully on Saturday July 29, 2006 at the age of 79 years, after a courageous year battling lung cancer.
Bill was born on March 9, 1927, and raised in London, England and served in WWII with the British Merchant Navy starting at the age of 17. In 1957 Bill immigrated to Canada, and worked at different careers including Union Milk, and 25 years as a caretaker with the Public School Board. His love of trains took him on many adventures. He enjoyed watching the Calgary Flames games. He also cherished his time spent with family and friends.
Bill is survived by his ex-wife and their four children, Daya Jepsen of Australia, Karen Dunne, Ted Sullivan, Kathy Rohl and spouses all from Calgary as well as his loving grandchildren. Bill was predeceased by his sister Margaret
