Obituary of van Leeuwen

Gerardus (Gerard) Pieter van Leeuwen, of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at the age of 80 years. Gerard is survived by his wife Nellie of Calgary, AB; two sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Mary of St. Paul, AB and Jan and Anne of Calgary; four grandchildren, Cpl. Ashley (L.E.R.) (Afghanistan), Kenneth (Edmonton), Adrianna and Sebastian (Calgary); a brother Steve (Sylvia) of Vancouver; a sister-in-law, Jos (the Netherlands); as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Willem and Geertruida; a sister Trudy; and two brothers-in-law, Jan and Wim.
