Obituary of Jeanette Garneau
Jeanette Louise Garneau, beloved wife of Dick Garneau of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at the age of 68 years.
Jeanette was born March 26, 1939 in Medicine Hat, AB. She courageously battled multiple sclerosis for forty-two years, always maintaining a positive outlook. Jeanette was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed people, making friends wherever she went.
Besides her loving husband Dick, Jeanette is survived by two daughters and two sons-in-law, Karla and Ray Gaetz and Janelle and Richard Webber, all of Calgary; grandchildren, Travis and Jenna Gaetz and Spencer and Brennen Webber. Jeanette is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Pat Schuh of Calgary. She was predeceased by a son Victor and her parents, Rhine and Ella Schuh.
Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at Ascension Catholic Church (1100 Berkshire Boulevard N.W.) on Friday, July 28, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Ascension Catholic Church on Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
