Obituary of Beverley Jean Park
With our greatest regrets, we are saddened to announce the passing of an amazing mother, grandmother and friend, Beverley Jean Park with all of her family by her side, on Sunday, July 23, 2006 at the age of 70 years.
Beverley was born in Saskatoon, SK on January 16, 1936 and it is there that she grew up. She graduated from the Saskatchewan College of Business and then moved to Toronto, ON where she completed the Dental Nursing Program at the University of Toronto. Beverley returned to Saskatoon to work and eventually married. Her life was devoted to her children and much loved grandchildren. Beverley possessed a passion for entertaining, family gatherings, charity work and her weekly bridge games. She was a spectacular hostess and truly in her element when entertaining. Beverley had unlimited generosity and was extremely gracious. She was loyal, accepting and a woman of high standards that were evident in her every day life.
Beverley is survived by her three children Don, Michelle (Beverly), and Gary (Carie); and her treasured grandsons Lewis, Ross, Levi, Logan and Kalin; as well as her precious granddaughter Kenedi. She will be greatly missed by family members and numerous cherished friends. Beverley was predeceased by her mother and father Jean and John LaRoche of Saskatoon, SK
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.) on Friday, July 28, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service will be held at a later date at Woodlawn Cemetery, Saskatoon, SK.
