Obituary of Dobby Freitag

Dobby Freitag, beloved wife of Benny Freitag of Calgary, passed away at the Foothills Medical Centre on Friday, June 30, 2006 at the age of 77 years. Besides her loving husband Benny, Dobby is survived by her children, Evan Freitag of Calgary, Shane (Sharon) Freitag of Toronto, ON, Elaine Freitag (Allan Zindler) of Calgary; six grandchildren, Jamie Freitag, Laura and Mitchell Freitag, and Claire, Lauren and Jason Zindler. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law, Benny Kushner, John and Hazel Kushner, Ruth Kushner, Sylvia Freitag and Nadia Freitag. Dobby was predeceased by a grandson, Adam Freitag; and brother, George Kushner. Funeral Services will be held at the Jewish Memorial Chapel, (North East Corner of Highway 22X & 37th Street S.W.,) on Monday, July 3, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at the Beth Tzedec Memorial Park (122 Shalom Way S.W.). Morning Shiva Services will be held at the Beth Tzedec Synagogue, (1325 Glenmore Trail S.W.).
