Obituary of Harry Leskiw

Harry ?Buddy? Leskiw, beloved husband of Olga Leskiw of Calgary, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2006 at the age of 83 years. Buddy Leskiw was many things to many people. A steadfast husband, loving Dad, fun-loving Grandpa, loyal worker, and true friend ? he will be sorely missed. His unselfish heart gave way after many years of illness. His character was an inspiration to all around him, a man of integrity, funny, honest, caring, hard-working, and a ?Mr. Fix-it? extraordinaire that the rest of the male members of the family will have a hard time living up to. We are thankful for the time God has given us with Buddy. Besides his loving wife of fifty-four years, Olga, Buddy is remembered by one daughter and a son-in-law, Sue and Lester Flett; and one son and a daughter-in-law, Dave and Debbie. He will also be lovingly remembered by his five grandchildren, Cory (Charla) and Cassandra Flett, Kyle, Brent and Melissa Leskiw; great-grandchild Cadynce Flett; and brother and sister-in-law Joe and Anne of Regina, SK.
