Obituary of Patricia Lawrence

Pat Lawrence, beloved wife of Mr. Earl Lawrence of Calgary, passed away on Monday, June 26, 2006 at the age of 75 years. Pat was born on June 2, 1931 in Edmonton, AB and was raised on a farm in Killam, AB. On March 15, 1949 she married Earl and they moved to Calgary. She was a devoted wife and mother, who took great pride in raising her three boys and daughter. She had a passion for sewing and was a very accomplished quilter, embroiderer and seamstress. She had an artistic talent and made many lasting memories for her family and friends. Besides her loving husband Earl, Pat is survived by three sons, Terry (Maxine), Rick (Brenda), Andy (Kathy), and a daughter, Lorri (Jim Webb), all of Calgary; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Peggy Newman of Vernon, B.C.; sisters-in-law, Lil Grandage of Victoria, B.C., and Marge (Lloyd) Lewis of Canmore, AB. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Eastside Memorial Chapel (5388 Memorial Drive N.E.) on Friday, June 30, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences to www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
