Obituary of Anne Kabatoff

Anne Elizabeth Kabatoff (nee Campbell) of Calgary, quietly left us early on June 13, 2006. Anne was born August 12, 1934 in Bells Hill, Scotland. Her parents immigrated to Scotland from Calgary for work and the family returned to Calgary in 1936. Anne was an artist whom graduated from the Alberta College of Art and Design. She was very proud of her heritage, being a third generation Calgarian. Anne was a loving and devoted mother, sister and friend who always placed others before herself. She is survived by her husband, her daughter, Jocelyn; son, Robert; brother, Bill and was a proud aunt to her nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Saturday, June 17, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Please forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. Gracious thanks to the staff/family at Bethany Care, and her lunch buddys, John and Val Alston, for creating such a wonderful home for her and for appreciating and loving her wonderful “diamond” spirit behind the mask of Alzheimers Disease.
