Obituary of Irene Yost

Irene Elizabeth Yost passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 10, 2006 at Wentworth Court in Calgary at the age of 83 years. Irene was born in Halkirk, AB on April 28, 1923. She will be greatly missed by her daughter Connie (Joe Spisak); two sons, Greg (Kim) and Bruce Yost and six grandchildren. Irene will also be missed by her brother Vernon (Betty) Houser of Scarborough, ON; three sisters, Lois (Chris Thumlert) of Red Deer, Kay (Albert Brown) of Castor and Phyllis Houser of Winnipeg, MB as well as many nieces and nephews. Irene was predeceased by her husband of fifty years, Harry Yost in 1997; son Kenneth in 1966; parents, Clarence and Kathleen Houser and brothers, Ken and Ray Houser.
