Obituary of Arthur Henry Rodney

Arthur Henry Rodney of Calgary passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2006 at the age of 78 years. Hank was born on May 30, 1928 in Lestock, SK and grew up mainly in Wynyard, SK. He was employed by Gulf Canada most of his career. Hank enjoyed an early retirement from Gulf Canada in 1985. He enjoyed camping, fishing and duck hunting and was previously actively involved as a member in the formerly based CFB Gun Club. Hank is survived by a son Chris who resides in Calgary and numerous cousins in Saskatchewan. He was predeceased by his wife Barbara in 1991; oldest son Patrick in 1975; parents Michael in 1967 and Victoria in 1995; brother Reg in 1985. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Catholic Church (541 Silvergrove Drive N.W.) on Wednesday, June 7, 2006 at 11:00 a.m., with the Rev. James Hagel, Presider.
