Obituary of Payten Ruth-Anne Kulmatycki

It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our baby daughter, Payten Ruth-Anne Kulmatycki. Although Payten was only with us for twenty four days, she touched many lives and gave many precious memories to her family and friends. Payten is survived by her loving parents Ian and Morgan Kulmatycki of Calgary; grandparents Ken and Rigmor Short of Sherwood Park and Bryn and Shirley Kulmatycki of St. Albert; great-grandparents William Short of Edmonton, Bill and Anne Melnyk of Lavoy, Ruth Wibe of Edmonton and Cassie Kulmatycki of Red Deer. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Monday May 15, 2006 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Stephen’s Ukrainian Catholic Church (4903 – 45th Street S.W.) on Tuesday May 16, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev.
