Obituary of Ida Teets

Ida Teets of Calgary passed away on May 7, 2006 at the age of 89 years. Ida was born on May 12, 1916 in Leader, Saskatchewan. She married Clifford on May 1, 1944 and came to live in Bowness in 1955. Ida was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed. Ida is survived by her son Charlie and daughter-in-law Allison; daughter-in-law Lynn Teets; grandchildren Theresa Boudreau, James Teets, Rosemary (Ron) Young, Brad (Anna) Teets, Tammi (fiancÚ – Dave), Heidi Teets; great grandchildren Cory and Randy Boudreau, Brandon and Aaron Young. She is also survived by her brothers Don and Olive Frey, Richard and Sandy Frey; sisters Anne Fandrick, Bertha Courchaine, Ella Fandrick and Lena Fandrick all of Medicine Hat. Ida was predeceased by her husband Clifford and son Arthur. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Thursday, May 11, 2006 at 12:30 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Mountainview Cemetery Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
