Obituary of Emil Joseph Trotchie
Trotchie, Emil Joseph of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at the age of 70 years.
Emil was born on January 15, 1936 in Cando, SK. He worked for over 30 years as a CAT Operator in Calgary, AB before retiring. Emil loved fishing, camping, photography as well as spending time with friends and family. He was always willing to stop and lend a helping hand.
Emil is survived by his son Michael (Marlene Fidler) Trotchie of Calgary, his two daughters Shelley Trotchie of Calgary and Charlene (Louis) Belanger of Calgary; four grandchildren, Katy Porter and Kimberley Porter of Orillio, ON, Adam Trotchie and Evan Trotchie of Wetaskiwin, AB; he is also survived by a sister, Shirley (Allen) Sanders of North Battleford, SK and a brother, Vernon Trottier of North Battleford, SK as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Emil is predeceased by his parents Leo and Elizabeth and his nephew David Trotchie.

Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (Corner of 15 Ave. and 44 St. S.E.) on Wednesday March 29, 2006 at 10:30 a.m.
