Obituary of Dianne Carol Jackson

Dianne Jackson passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at the age of 52 years after a courageous eight-month battle with cancer. She is lovingly remembered by her husband Barry, and their children Chris, Tyler and Laura; as well as her parents Ernie and Lydia Bagstad; her sister Susan Bagstad; and two brothers David (Georgina), Matthew and their families. She will also be deeply missed by many friends. Dianne was born in Rocky Mountain House, AB but moved to Calgary as young child. She spent most of her life in Calgary, attending the University, marrying and raising her family. Dianne took pleasure in many things from summers in Windermere to walking the river paths, but one of her greatest passions was quilting. She delighted in helping and teaching her friends and gave of her time and talents generously.
