Obituary of Moheb Gobrial

Dr. Moheb Gobrial, beloved husband of Souma and father of Shereen of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2006, after a miraculous six year battle with pancreatic cancer, at the age of 71 years. Moheb had a fulfilling forty year career in the oil and gas industry as a Geologist. For the past few years he had his own company MPG Consulting until his retirement. “He was our Rock” Besides his loving wife of forty-two years and his daughter, Moheb is remembered by a brother and sister-in-law Yehia and Kamal Philoppos of Egypt; a sister Seham Masry of Montreal; and a sister-in-law and brother-in-law Nagwa and Esmat Alexander of Regina; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and relatives in both Canada and Egypt. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Friday, March 10, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
