Obituary of David Franklin Duncan

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of David Franklin Duncan, beloved husband of Patricia, on Saturday, March 4, 2006 at the age of 57 years. David was born in Winnipeg, MB, where he attended school and university. He and Pat moved to Calgary in 1971 and David was actively involved in his children’s sports and activities. David was President of Toromont Energy Systems where he was well respected. Besides his loving wife of thirty-six years, David is survived by his daughter Melanie (John) Helfrich; his son David (Katrina); his grandchildren Johnathan and Alyssa Helfrich, all of Calgary; mother Eileen; brothers Jim (Sydney), Donald (Patti), all of Winnipeg; his sister Joan (Jim) Dalgliesh, of Kelowna; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at Holy Cross Anglican Church (2828 – 19th Street N.W.) on Thursday, March 9, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Brian D. Way, Presider.
