Obituary of Ruth Sutcliffe

Ruth Sutcliffe of Calgary passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2006 at the age of 81 years. Ruth was born in Golden, BC, on November 16, 1924 and was raised in Field, BC. She attended Henderson’s Secretarial School and worked at Taylor, Pearson and Carson, Zellers and she retired from Sears in 1987. Ruth was also past President of C.W.L. St. Pius X and a member of St. Rita’s Ladies Group. She is survived by her husband of fifty-five years Joseph A. Sutcliffe; daughter and son-in-law Jo-Anne and Frank Boehm; grandsons Brendan and Matthew; sister Mary (Gordon) Poile; four brothers Charlie (Irene) Misurelli, Joseph (Darlene) Misurelli, John (Cynthia) Misurelli, Ernie (Donna) Misurelli; and many nieces, nephews and extended family. She was predeceased by her father Carmine Misurelli in 1982 and mother Catherine Misurelli in 1993.
