Obituary of Leo Chris Hopman

Leo Chris Hopman, of Calgary passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at the age of 60 years. Leo was born on October 1, 1945 in Bergen Op Zoom, Holland and grew up in Southern Alberta. His career was spent in men’s retail. Leo had a passion for music and art and he was an accomplished musician and artist. His children and grandchildren were of the utmost importance to him. Leo is survived by his three sons and daughters in-law, Barclay Pittard and Suki Jhutti, of Vancouver, BC, Christopher and Jai-Ellen Pittard of Mississauga, ON, and Corey and Heidi Pittard, of Calgary, AB; two grandchildren Ryan David Pittard, and Caeleigh Elizabeth Pittard, as well as a third grandchild on the way. He was predeceased by his mother Diane Hopman in April 2004, his father Jack Hopman in November 1983, and his son Bradley Howard Hopman in October 1966.
