Obituary of Leslie James Osterlund

Les Osterlund, beloved husband of Olga Osterlund of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 following a stroke at the age of 72 years. Les was born on November 23, 1933 in Birch Hills, SK. He was in the Air Force and also worked for the Department of National Defence. After retirement he enjoyed working with Golden Wings Bingo. He and Olga square danced with the Revellers for many years. He will be remembered for his tinkering and talking. Besides his loving wife of forty years, Les is remembered by his son and daughter-in-law David and Brenda Osterlund; two grandchildren, Kaitlin and Colton; his sister and brother-in-law Lorraine and Bill Renwick, all of Calgary; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
