Obituary of Jack Healy
Jack Healy passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2006 of complications resulting from a fall in early January.
Jack is survived by his brothers Pat (Carol), Michael J (Sel), Paul (Deirdre) and his sister Irene (Jim) McCorkindale. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as his good friend Linda Richie. John grew up in Calgary and was most proud of his years with Wardair as service manager, station manager and other managerial positions. After leaving Wardair he settled into a career as a painter. Jack will be remembered for his time spent with friends and the occasional good prank. He was predeceased by his parents Helen in 1973 and Michael in 1976.
A Memorial Service will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Thursday, February 9, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the food bank or to a charity of your choice.
