Obituary of William Stevenson

Bill Stevenson, of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at the age of 83 years. Bill served his country in WWII in the Royal Canadian Navy, over seas. He was a long time member of the I.B.E.W. and the Royal Canadian Legion. Bill will always be remembered and sadly missed by his family and friends. Bill is survived by his children and their spouses, Wendy and Jim Halverson, Janet and Henry Christensen, Ron and Eva Stevenson, Margaret and Ross Lindsay, Jim and Sharon Stevenson, and Christopher Stevenson; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as his sister and brother-in-law, Christine and Les Eddy; brother’in-law Ron; sisters-in-law, Laura and Vi. Bill was predeceased by his wife Betty in 2003; his daughter Laura; granddaughter Charmaine; and brother Jim.
