Obituary of Marguerite Maxine Field

On January 14, 2006 Marguerite Maxine Field (nee Tew) passed away in Calgary. Marguerite was born in Assiniboia, SK on August 4, 1918 and grew up in Swift Current, SK. Marguerite leaves to mourn her loss her son, Jerry McGowan and his partner Annette; three grandchildren, Paul, Margie, Gordon, and their families, all of British Columbia; two sisters, Mildred Begg and Audrey Steel of Edmonton and several nieces and nephews. Marguerite was predeceased by her husband, Johnny Field; her parents Ernest and Margaret Tew; brother Eugene; sisters, Myrtle, Ruth, Nan, Eloise and daughter-in-law, Bernice McGowan. At Marguerite’s request, a private family memorial is planned. Cremation has taken place and interment beside her husband in Regina will take place at a later date.
