Obituary of Waldemar Christmas Kjelstrom

Walter Kjelstrom beloved husband of Irene Kjelstrom of Calgary passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 14, 2006 after a short battle with cancer at the age of 62 years. Walter was born on May 31, 1943 in Ronne, Bornholm, Denmark. He immigrated to Canada in July 1965. He married Irene on December 17, 1966. Walter was a member of the Bricklayers Local 2 Union. He loved the outdoors especially camping, fishing, and hunting. Besides his loving wife Irene, Walter is survived by daughter and son-in-law Sheila and Frank Wood of Sparta, NJ; his son and daughter-in-law Brian and Karen Kjelstrom of Calgary; two grandchildren, Scott and Chad Wood; sister and brother-in-law Linda and Egon Erickson of Bornholm, Denmark their sons, John and Peter and their children.
