Obituary of Madeline Eve Westcott

Madeline Eve Westcott, of Calgary, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2006 at the age of 82 years. Madeline was born on December 31, 1923 in Montreal, QC. She was known for her generous and caring spirit with which she always placed the happiness and well-being of her family and friends before herself. Whenever others were in need, she would always be readily available to help in any way that she could. Her numerous acts of genuine kindness went without asking anything in return. Madeline will truly be missed by all of her family and friends. Madeline is survived by her daughter, Donna and Russell Albersworth and their family, Gary and Shelly Holdaway; her great-granddaughter Aliyah Holdaway; and Trevor and Heather (Hudak)Holdaway, and her daughter, Dale Westcott and Noel O’Brien and their family, Katelyn Gyonyor and Scott Gyonyor, her son Kevin and Heather Westcott and their family, Troiane and Cody; her favourite companion Riki. She is also survived by her sister Jackie Ryan of Montreal; and several nieces and nephews. Madeline was predeceased by her husband, Frederick Garfield Westcott.
