Obituary of Esther E. Jorgensen

Esther E. Jorgensen of Calgary passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2006, after a brief illness, at the age of 96 years. Esther was born in Denmark on August 3, 1909 and moved to Canada with her husband and family in 1951. She is survived by her children, Kirsten (Mogens) Petersen of Denmark, Karen (Mick) McIntosh and John (Sydney) Jorgensen of Calgary; as well as seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Esther was predeceased by her husband John in 1972; and great-granddaughter Lindsey McIntosh in 1995.
