Obituary of Henry Rohl

Henry (Buster) Rohl of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at the age of 92 years. Henry was a proud native Calgarian, and lived his life in Calgary. He worked for Reggin Industries for forty-three years, until his retirement in 1975. He was a long time member of St. John Lutheran Church. Henry is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Philip and Diane and Don all of Calgary. In 1962 Henry’s brother Wilfred passed away. Henry and Jean raised their children Ken and Wendy as their own. Ken has since passed away and Wendy resides in Washington, DC, with her husband Tom. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, Debra, Tracey, Stephen, KaraJean, Haley, Elliot, and Morgan; four great-grandchildren, Amy, Brandee, Trent, and Howard; a sister Lois Durheim and her husband Bill of Spokane, WA; brother Gerald and his wife Darla of Calgary; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at MCINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Monday, January 9, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Arnold Alksne, of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Presider.
