Obituary of Edward A. Miller
Ed Miller, beloved husband of Irene Miller of Calgary, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2005 at the age of 78 years.
Ed started his career in the Oil Industry, with Imperial Oil in 1948, and from there he started his own business in the early 1960’s. Ed was a member of the 400 Club, Kinsmen Club, The Royal Canadian Legion, and The Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen for fifty-three years.
Besides his loving wife Irene; Ed is survived by his children and their spouses, Alan and Vanessa Miller of Calgary, and Melanie Miller and Cory Krauss of Airdrie; as well as his sister Vivian Anderson. Ed was predeceased by his son Craig; parents Bert and Katharine; and his brothers Dave and Hugo.
A Celebration of Ed’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Tuesday, January 3, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
