Obituary of Salvatore Esposito

Salvatore Esposito of Calgary, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2005 at the age of 91 years. Salvatore was born on June 18, 1914 Marigliano, Napoli, Italy. He married Antonia Palladino in 1945 and immigrated to Canada in 1967. He worked for many construction companies in Calgary and enjoyed an active life following his retirement. Salvatore enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. Salvatore is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Santolo and Annette Esposito; three daughters-and two sons-in-law, Raffaela and Gregorio Grillone, Josephine Castiello, Filomena and Jim DeGroot all of Calgary; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Antonia on March 6, 2002, son-in-law, Giacomo Castiello, five brothers and two sisters. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Thursday, December 29, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Corpus Christi Catholic Church (Corner of 4th Street and Northmount Drive N.W.) on Friday, December 30, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev.
