Obituary of Walter Richard Redgrove

It is with great sadness that the family of Dick Redgrove announces his passing on Saturday, December 17, 2005 at the age of 92 years. Dick was born and raised in Calgary; he was employed by Barber Industries until his retirement. Dick spent his retirement enjoying woodworking, gardening, camping, and spending time with his grandchildren, as well as his great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his wife Elizabeth; daughter and son-in-law Frances and James Anderson; his grandsons, Richard (Shauna) Anderson, and Glenn (Robyn) Anderson; as well as his great-grandchildren, Steven, Connor, Rachael, and Nolan; he will also be missed by friends and family. Dick was predeceased by his mother Florence Openshaw; and his siblings, Art, Jack, and Claire. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Tuesday, December 20 2005, at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
