Obituary of Alice Elizabeth Bradley
It is with deep sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Alice Elizabeth Bradley on Sunday, December 11, 2005 at the age of 90 years.
Alice was born in Edmonton but grew up Fin Vancouver and in 1935 moved to Kirkland Lake, ON, where in 1938, she married Wes Bradley. During their fifty-six years together, they raised a family, participated joyfully in the life of their community, and were life-long supporters of Trinity United Church. After Wes’ death in December 1994, Alice moved to Calgary in 1996.
Dearest mother of Ian (Carolyn) Bradley of Oakville and Jean (John) Partridge of Calgary, she is also survived by her five grandchildren, Kate, Patrick and Jamie Bradley of Toronto and Jennifer (Geoffrey Vanderburg) Partridge and David (Katie) Partridge of Calgary; and by her four great-grandsons, Maxwell and Samuel Vanderburg and Jackson and Charles Partridge.
Funeral Services will be held at Christ Church-Elbow Park (3602 – 8th Street S.W.) on Friday, December 16, 2005 at 4:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
