Obituary of Vincenza Aiello

Maria Vincenza Aiello (nee Sangregorio) of Calgary, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2005 at the age of 83 years. Vincenza was born on April 22, 1922 in San Bartolomeo in Galdo, Benevento, Italy and immigrated to Canada in 1967. She resided in Montreal for two years before moving to Calgary in 1969. Vincenza loved gardening, cooking and her flowers. She is survived by three daughters and a son-in-law, Pasqualina Gramaglia of Calgary, Carmelina and Vincenzo Macri of Toronto, Suor Antonietta Sangregorio of Italy; sixteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Vincenza is also survived by sisters and brothers and a sister-in-law and their families. She was predeceased by her son-in-law Salvatore Gramaglia; daughter and son-in-law Assuntina and Carmine Di Cicco; her parents and a brother. Vincenza is also survived by many other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Grace Italian and English Catholic Church (1714 – 14th Avenue N.E.) on Thursday, December 15, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside Service to follow in Queen’s Park Cemetery.
