Obituary of Alice Holland
Alice Holland was reunited with her soul mate Stanley Leslie Holland on Monday, December 5, 2005 after a long and brave fight against cancer, at the age of 75 years.
Alice was born on October 24, 1930 in BallyJamesDuff, Ireland. She immigrated to Calgary in 1996 from South Africa to be closer to her daughters and family. Her life revolved around her family and she will be greatly missed.
Alice is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Lesley and Peter Keyter, and Trish and Mike Hazard all of Calgary; her son Nick Holland of Johannesburg, South Africa; grandchildren, Mandy Florence, Leigh Anne Hazard, Jennifer Hazard, Robert Keyter, Jonathan Keyter, Jeanette Holland, Nicholas Holland; and her great-granddaughter Megan Florence.
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Friday, December 9, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. William Stephenson, Presider.
