Obituary of Bill Ziegler

William Robert (Bill) Ziegler beloved husband of Jody of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2005 after a short illness at the age of 58 years. Bill was born on November 5, 1947 in Calgary and lived here all his life. Bill was in the air conditioning/refrigeration/ sound technologist business. He owned his own business in Calgary for thirty-five years and for the past twenty-two years owned Mike’s Family Billiards in North Calgary. Bill was an avid Scouts Canada and youth organization supporter. Bill was married to Jody for thirty-five and a half years. He was in a loving relationship with his wife and four wonderful children. He was also a friend to many. Besides his loving wife Jody, Bill is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Will (Christine) Ziegler, Kenneth Ziegler; two daughters and two sons-in-law, Jacquie (Trent Whenham) Jenette Ziegler (Dave Kissinger) all of Calgary; two grandchildren Susanne and Victoria. He is also survived by his mother Phyllis Ziegler; sister Catherine; brother James; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral Services will be held at MCINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Monday, December 5, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. John Bastigal, Presider.
