Obituary of Leontine Marie Bert

Leontine (Leona) Bert of Calgary passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2005 at the age of 80 years. Leona leaves to cherish her memory her son Roland; her daughter Joanne (Chris) Straub; and her grandchildren Andrew and Cheryl Straub, all of Calgary; her twin brother Leon (Odellia) Croteau, of Calgary, as well as her sisters Florilda (Lionel) Jeanson of Ponteix, SK; Rose Alma Dudragne of Swift Current, SK and Rose Anna Gullacher of Prince George, BC. Leona was predeceased by her husband Joseph (Joe) Bert in 1982; her parents Gedeon and Amanda Croteau; her brothers, Gerard, Louis and Hormidas; and her sisters Anna, Mathilda, Marguerite, Ernestine and Roseilda. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Holy Name Catholic Church (2223 – 34th Street S.W.) on Friday, November 18, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Robert Dielissen, Presider.
