Obituary of Ted Johnson
Edward William Reid (Ted) Johnson of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2005, after a lengthy illness at the age of 80 years.
Ted was born on February 7, 1925 in Calgary. He was a resident here all of his life and was a draftsperson with Hudson Bay Oil & Gas (HBOG). Ted is survived by two sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law; Marjorie Gray of Calgary; Bill and Lois Melton of Reno, NV; cousin, Dorothy Mansbridge of B.C. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ted was predeceased by his loving wife Doreen in February 2005.
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Friday, November 11, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow on a later date at Queen’s Park Mausoleum.
