Obituary of Roger Maurice Moyen
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Roger on Thursday, November 3, 2005 at the age of 70 years.
Roger was born on January 2, 1935 in St. Front, SK. He was a loving husband, father, father-in-law, and grandpa. Throughout his life, Roger worked as a truck driver. He loved the company of friends and family and always had a joke to tell.
Roger is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Jackie and Sam; grandchildren Melissa, Jeff, and Derek; friend and caregiver, Janeth; brothers, sisters, and their spouses, Al and Carmen Moyen of Port Alberni, BC, Yvette and Joe LeStrat of St. Front, SK, Lil and Gil Coupal of Nanaimo, BC, Armande and Colette Moyen of St. Front, SK, Phyllis and Frank LeBlanc of Zenon Park, SK, Richard and Sharon Moyen of Prince George, BC, Fern and Peter Spizawka of Saskatoon, SK, Don and Debbie Moyen of Port Alberni, BC, Georgette and Grant Mills of Spalding, SK; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Roger was predeceased by his wife of forty-eight years, Jeanine, on July 31 of this year.
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Thursday, November 10, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
