Obituary of Victor Mund

Victor Mund of Calgary, AB passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2005 at the age of 93 years. Victor was born in Maple Creek, SK on July 17, 1912. He farmed in the Walsh area until 1955, moving to Medicine Hat to continue his Physio Therapy/Reflexology career. Victor was very active at the Medicine Hat Viener Centre, volunteering many hours playing his accordion at seniors’ homes. Victor is survived by his daughter Vickie (Ben Fischer); three granddaughters, Toby (Don) Tinordi, Wanda (Steve) Mullin and Coreena (Andy) Keesler; five great-grandchildren, Chelsie, Tyler, Marni, Chase, and Brendon; as well as his brother Walter of Maple Creek, SK. He was predeceased by his mother Kathrine; father Fredrick; brothers, Hector, Ralph, and Ronnie; and sister Clara. A Memorial Service will be held at the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization (500 – 11 Street South, Lethbridge, AB) on Sunday, October 30, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. In lieu of flowers, it was Victor’s wish to see all his friends come together to visit him one last time and give him a happy “send off”.
