Obituary of Vera Elsie Klaudt
Home for Thanksgiving, no more arthritis, damaged heart valves or poor circulation!
Vera accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Saviour at the tender age of eight. She never wavered in her faith and lived a life marked by sterling qualities of character, compassion, caring and competence. She was adored by all her nieces, nephews and extended family, Vera is survived by her loving husband of forty-seven years, Raymond; and sister Lottie (Bud) Peterson; brother Gordon (Margaret) Mitchell; and sisters-in-law, Mary Mitchell and Pat Mitchell. Vera was predeceased by her brothers Percy (Ann), Curt and Bob. In later years, Vera was beautifully cared for by angels brilliantly disguised as nurses and doctors in particular Della Bascom and Dr. Cook as well as by her sister Lottie and her niece Bev.
A Private Graveside Service will be held at Union Cemetery on Monday, October 17, 2005. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. Flowers are gratefully declined, in favour memorial tributes may be made directly to the charity of the donor’s choice.
