Obituary of Paul Kenneth Makahonyk

It is with great sadness that the family of Paul Makahonyk, of Calgary announce his passing on Sunday, October 9, 2005 at the age of 82 years. Paul is survived by his two children Angela and Ian of Toronto, ON; two sisters and brothers-in-law Jo and Joseph Currie, of Georgetown, ON, Mary-Louise and Leonard McLaughlin; and a sister-in-law Nancy Makahonyk, all of Edmonton, AB; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Peter and Margaret; brother Steve and two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sophie and John Giles and Anne and Henry Sandquist. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at Evergreen Funeral Chapel (16704 Fort Road, Edmonton, AB) on Thursday, October 13, 2005 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Celebration of Paul’s Life will be held at Evergreen Funeral Chapel (16704 Fort Road, Edmonton, AB) on Friday, October 14, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
