Obituary of Josephina Fleuren

Josephina Johanna Maria (nee RoÙling) daughter of Alieda and Reinieres of Calgary, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2005 at the age of 73 years. Josephina was born on March 6, 1932 in the Netherlands. While working in Arnhem as a homemaker she met Gerardus Adrianus Fleuren whom she married on April 20, 1960. She immigrated to Canada, travelled across country by train west from Montreal, and settled in Calgary because Gerry had a sister there. She is survived by her daughter Carmen, and her son Leon; her sisters Marie, Riek and Lieda,; her brother Theo and many nieces and nephews who reside in the Netherlands. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Sybil Bergman of Calgary. Funeral Services will be held at Cambrian Heights Baptist Church (240 Cardiff Drive N.W.) on Thursday, October 6, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. with Pastor Dwayne Bartley, Presider.
