Obituary of Don LaBerge

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Don LaBerge on Wednesday, September 28, 2005, at the age of 57 years. Don’s passing came after a year long battle with brain cancer. Don’s attitude while fighting his illness was inspirational to all those around. His immense courage was exemplified by his unwillingness to give up and his uplifting smile. He was concerned only with ensuring the happiness of his family and friends. Don was a wonderful husband, a caring father and grandfather. His passion was golfing and he enjoyed his many winter golf trips with his friends. Don spent the last nine years of his career with Envirotest Laboratories where he will be greatly missed by his friends and colleagues. Don is survived by his wife Glenna, son Steven, daughter Carmen, son-in-law Mike, grandson Carter, mother Grace, brother Denis (Edith), sisters, Teresa (Julien), Sharon, Janet, Joyce (Darren), and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his father Clarence.
