Obituary of James Andriuk
James “Brian” Andriuk, beloved husband of Deborah of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2005 at the age of 38 years.
Brian was born on October 23, 1966 in Calgary, AB and attended Bishop Carrol High School. He received a Baseball Scholarship from Cal Poly Pomona, Pomona, CA. Brian had a wonderful sense of humour, was an enthusiastic fisherman, enjoyed baseball, and was a creative cook. He graduated from U of C with a BA in Sociology. Brian loved spending time with family and friends and was a dedicated father and husband.
Besides his loving wife, Brian is survived by his daughter Haley; his son Johnny; parents John and Joyce of Calgary; mother and father-in-law James and Ann Lyons of Cranbrook, BC; sisters Lonny (Lorne) Olsen, and Lorraine Andriuk (Allen Veitch); brother-in-law Shawn (Tania) Lyons, all of Calgary; sister-in-law Rosanne Traverse; three brothers-in-law, Kevin Lyons, Jim Lyons (Leianne Pitcher), all of Cranbrook and Wade Traverse of Elkford, BC; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Saturday, October 1, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
