Obituary of Edna May Jones

Edna May Jones, beloved wife of William (Bill) of Calgary, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2005 at the age of 79 years. Edna was born in Lipton, SK in 1926. She came to Calgary in 1960 and has resided here since. Edna is remembered by her children, Bruce and Joanne Jones, Daniel and Diana Jones, Allan Jones, Glen Jones, Gail and Arnott Thomson, and Debbie Smith, all of Calgary; fifteen grandchildren, Chris, Jennifer, Carrie, Sarah, Cathy, Dayna, Cyndy, Kyle, Daniel, Amanda, Bobby, Christian, Shaylene, Hannah, Rebecca; and three great-grandchildren, Raina, Caleb, and Keltie. She was predeceased by her sister Peggy in 1991. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Friday, September 30, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Union Cemetery.
