Obituary of Michael John McAuliffe

Mike McAuliffe of Edmonton, formerly of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at the age of 83 years. Mike was born on March 9, 1922 in Omaha, NE. He married Peggy Carr in Omaha in 1947 and moved to Calgary with his family in 1965. He worked for Mobil Oil for many years, until his retirement in 1982. Mike was predeceased by his wife Peggy on December 2, 2003. Mike is survived by his family, Kathy and Chuck Boutland of High River, AB; Mike McAuliffe of Calgary; Karen Garside of Calgary; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his companion Billie Magathon of Edmonton. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Tuesday, August 23, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev.
