Obituary of Jeanine Yvette Moyen

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jeanine on Sunday, July 31, 2005 at the age of 69 years, after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Jeanine was born on March 27, 1936 in Montmartre, SK. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. She led a very active and full life until March of this year. Jeanine worked for many years with CIBC as a Bank Manager. She loved to spend time with her family and friends as well as to golf, bowl and paint. She will be missed by all who knew her. Jeanine is survived by Roger, her husband of forty-eight years; daughter and son-in-law Jackie and Sam; and grandchildren, Melissa, Jeff and Derek. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Larry (Sally) of Tampa, FL, Denise of Qualicum, BC, Val (Irene) of Burnaby, BC, Gill (Lil) of Nanaimo, BC, Romain of Montmartre, SK, Fleurette of Regina, SK, and Marcella of Sunshine Coast, BC; sister-in-law Lucy of Carlyle, SK; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Marcel in infancy, brother Real and recently her sister Armande. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church (1414 Shawnessy Boulevard S.W.) on Friday, August 5, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Eden Brook Memorial Gardens.
