Obituary of Dewight Hunter

Dewight Murray Hunter of Morley was called home to be with the Creator on Wednesday, July 27, 2005 at the age of 37 years. Dewight enjoyed going to the yearly outdoor family camping and hunting trip, as well as fishing, going to rodeos and bullriding, fencing and working outdoors. He was always spending time with his family and playing with his kids. Dewight always loved hunting and helping out his neighbours in times of need. Dewight is survived by his common-law wife Marietta; five children, Latoya, Austin, Edmund, Joseph, and Ciyanna; father Murray Hunter; his first married wife Arlene Hunter of Invermere, BC; his adopted daughter Teresa; three brothers, Rufus (Roxanne), Haven, and Tommy; five sisters, Anga (Carlos), Retha, Haylee, Codee (Mathew), and Wanda (Keith); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Dewight was predeceased by his mother Hazel Hunter on December 23, 1978; grandfather Joseph Twoyoungmen (1976); grandmother Mary Twoyoungmen (1954); uncle Joe Brown (2000); aunts Mary Twoyoungmen (1998) and Grace Hunter (1997); cousins, Pat Brown (2003), Ronnie Twoyoungmen (2004), Betty Rose (2002), Larry Brown (1966), Jarvis Twoyoungmen (1986) and Myron Twoyoungmen (1991); nephews, Bruce Hunter (2004) and Milo Twoyoungmen (2002). The family would like to apologize to anyone they have missed. Wake Services will be held at the residence of Murray Hunter (Morley, AB) on Saturday, July 30, 2005 and Sunday, July 31, 2005. Funeral Services will be held at the Morley School Gymnasium (Morley, AB) on Monday, August 1, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Big Stoney Cemetery.
