Obituary of Nona Britton

Nona Britton of Calgary passed away on Friday, July 15, 2005 at the age of 84 years. Nona was born on September 18, 1920 in Prince Rupert, BC. She married Earle Britton in 1945 and they raised their family in Edmonton, AB, until they moved to Calgary, AB in 1956. Nona had a fine sense of humour and was not afraid to laugh at her own gaffes and foibles. Nona is survived by three sons and one daughter-in-law, Ken, Ron and Tami, and Gerry, all of Calgary; four grandchildren, Jane, Amy, Jamie, and Jessica; as well as a brother and sister-in-law Stan and Yvonne Hodgson of Victoria, BC. Nona was predeceased by her husband Earle in 1991. A Family Funeral Service will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.).
